Three ways to work together

However you engage—a single leader, an intact team, or a whole organization—the work centers on the same four focus areas: leader development, team building, employee engagement, or career discernment. What changes is the format.

Coaching Package

One-on-one work for a leader or individual navigating a real decision — a promotion, a transition, a plateau, a career crossroads. Built around a structured combination of assessments (CliftonStrengths®, Highlands Ability Battery, Work Motivations) and a series of coaching sessions that turn the data into a plan. This is the format most career discernment and individual leadership development work follows.

Workshops/Retreats

Focused, in-person or virtual sessions for an organization, team, or leadership group — built around a specific goal, whether that's stronger team communication, a strengths-based team launch, training on work motivations, or a facilitated look at what's driving (or draining) engagement. Workshops run anywhere from a few hours to a multi-day retreat, and each is built around your team's actual data, not a generic curriculum.

Embedded Program

For organizations that want this work built into how they operate, not delivered as a one-off. An embedded program means an ongoing, retained relationship — regular manager training, engagement measurement and follow-through, leadership development cohorts, and strategic input on people decisions as they come up. This is the closest thing to having a fractional people leader on staff.

A group of people sitting indoors, attentively listening or watching something. The setting appears to be a casual or community event, with a diverse group of individuals seated in a row.

    Annette Bechtold, Forte Consulting Atlanta

  • "I worked with Chris as my coach early in my journey as an entrepreneur. I was trying to find my niche. I was trying to set some priorities. And I was trying to make the hard decision to leave my day job and go into consulting full time. He made me believe I could do more than I ever imagined, and I’ll always be grateful!"
