We help employees do what they do best and help workplaces to create engagement cultures by providing assessments, training, coaching, and programming in short and long-term formats. Based in Charlottesville, VA, we're also available for travel and online work.

Our Founding
Our company was founded by Chris Heinz in 2016. At the time, Chris was Chief People Officer for EnergyCAP of State College, PA. Based on the success of his strengths-based engagement program, other organizations began requesting his help.
Chris formed Chris Heinz Co. to respond to the needs of workplaces wanting to improve engagement, increase retention, and help employees use their strengths. He continued his role at EnergyCAP until 2021, when Chris left to focus on Chris Heinz Co.
Today Chris and his family live in Charlottesville, VA, where he is a trainer, certified coach, and consultant. He's known as an expert in CliftonStrengths (formerly called StrengthsFinder), which is a talent assessment by the Gallup Organization.
Chris is a top-rated learning partner for Penn State, has been a speaker for Gallup, and is a published author.
