I’m the Vice President of Human Resources for EnergyCAP, Inc., where I foster employee success through my unique ROSTERTM program. ROSTER helps employees to align their strengths with their expected outcomes in order to achieve superior performance. It’s a win-win-win for our employees, company, and customers.
As part of this work, I’m a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Certified Professional Life Coach, and am working toward accreditation with the International Coach Federation. I’m also certified to use the RightPath and DISC personality assessments. I’m a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and am active in our local chapter.
According to StrengthsFinder, my top CliftonStrengths are: Responsibility, Connectedness, Belief, Individualization, and Positivity. According to RightPath, I’m a Networker with these intense traits: engaging, abstract, accommodating, diplomatic, and imaginative. According to DISC, I’m a Competent Influencing Specialist.
I enjoy coaching people, writing, and speaking around the topics of engagement, coaching, strengths, and growth.
On the personal side, I live with my wife and three children in central Pennsylvania. We enjoy our golden retriever and playing at our cabin on the creek. I’m a leader at Wellspring Church, where I help with spiritual development, strengths, and congregational engagement.
I’ve written a book and assessment to help people find their best prayer types. I also serve on the Boards of Threefold Christian Alliance and ChristNow.com, and enjoy traveling when I get the opportunity.
