Chris Heinz is the Founder and CEO of Munyay, which creates coaching tools to help you love your life and work. He’s also the Vice President of Human Resources for EnergyCAP, Inc. and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a Certified Professional Life Coach, and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. Chris enjoys coaching people, writing, and speaking on the topics of engagement, coaching, and strengths.
Founder of Munyay
Chris founded Munyay in 2017 to create coaching tools to help folks love their life and work. The first tool is an online coach marketplace, which launched in April 2018. In addition to other products and services, Munyay plans to start a coach academy to train coaches and organizational leaders in coaching skills.

As the current Vice President of Human Resources for EnergyCAP, Inc., Chris introduced an innovative employee success program that increased employee engagement by 26% in its first nine months. Active in his local SHRM chapter, he gets called upon to advise other human resources professionals in the areas of engagement, coaching, and strengths.
Professional Certified Coach
Chris has been certified to coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), and Gallup Organization. In addition, he’s a certified RightPath facilitator. He specializes in coaching clients around Clifton Strengths (StrengthsFinder), values, work engagement, prayer, and the Christian life. Chris also serves on the staff of PCCI.
Writer and Speaker
An energizing and fun communicator, Chris writes and speaks regularly to audiences on the topics of strengths, engagement, and coaching. He has created workshops around StrengthsFinder talents, RightPath behavorial traits, and employee engagement. Chris is a frequent contributor to the Munyay blog and ChristianLifeCoaching.com. He’s also the author of the book, Made To Pray, and its companion prayer assessment, which helps readers to identify their best prayer types.
Chris lives in central Pennsylvania with his wife and three children. They like to play at their cabin-on-the-creek, where they enjoy kayaking, swimming, and campfires. His top five StrengthsFinder talents are Responsibility, Connectedness, Belief, Positivity, and Individualization.
