About the Speaker

Chris Heinz is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who helps people to align their life and work with their personality, purpose, and priorities. He has led over 250 training events for large and small organizations. Chris and his family recently relocated to Charlottesville from central Pennsylvania, where he had been Chief People Officer for EnergyCAP and a Learning Partner for Penn State before resigning to focus on his own business. His specialties include strengths, Enneagram, employee engagement, and aligning life and work. Chris is adjunct faculty for the Trinity Fellows Leadership Program of Charlottesville and works from Vault Virginia.
