Hi, I'm Chris Heinz

I help people and teams to be their best. I'm a Gallup Certified Strengths coach, professional development trainer, podcast host, and writer.

For the past 20 years, I've worked in a variety of executive leadership roles in sales, marketing, and human resources. I led people operations for EnergyCAP software in State College, PA, and started a coaching and training business on the side.

I'm now based in Charlottesville, VA, where I lead the People Team for Carter Myers Automotive, a multi-state automotive dealership group. In addition, I serve on the boards of Trinity Fellows and Proclaim HOPE!
