I Know How You Feel.

Hi, I'm Chris Heinz. I help employees and organizations to work better by focusing on their strengths and applying engagement drivers to their work. But I didn't always do this.

Previously, I was Chief People Officer for a software company. When I came into the role, the company wasn't doing much for employee development and it didn't have an engagement strategy.

We rolled out a plan to get employees working in their strengths, teams to capitalize on the strengths in their group, and employees to know what makes them feel engaged.

As a result of the success, I began helping other organizations to do the same. That led me to do this work full-time.

Now I serve all types of organizations as a trainer, certified coach, and consultant. I also teach strengths and engagement for the Pennslvania State University.

I'm based in Charlottesville, VA, but am open to travel and online work.
